All Guests and Members,
"Today we celebrate White Cane Day" we honor all who use the white cane as a symbol of empowerment, independence, and safety. We pay special tribute to our Blind veterans whose service and strength continue to light the way for others. The journey of Blind Veterans reminds us that independence is not defined by sight but by spirit and that true vision comes from determination, faith and true will to move forward. White cane day reminds us that freedom is not only fought for on the battlefield. It is reclaimed every day through the resilience, courage and community. Our Blind Veterans exemplify this truth. We continue to serve as leaders, advocates and role models proving that blindness is not a barrier, but a different way of seeing the world. So on this day, White cane celebration Day we honor all that use the white cane, but especially our BLIND VETERANS. God Bless America and God Bless the National Association of Blind Veterans.
Sincerely,
William R. Stinson (Roy)
